Subdivisions are optional settings that allow you to request logical groupings of XIIDs to which you can assign User permissions. Approving Managers have the ability to add, edit or delete Subdivisions for their assigned merchants.

How to create a subdivision

Log into Merchant Portal, and then do the following:

1.Go to Settings > Services > XiPay > Subdivisions.

a.NOTE: If your organization has multiple merchants, double click a merchant line to select.

2.Click the add link. The Subdivisions page appears.

3. Click the add link, and then do the following:

a.Enter a Subdivision Name.

b.Select Payment Configurations to group.


4.Click save. The Subdivisions page displays the subdivision that was added.

B2B Virtual Terminal users in a subdivision will have access to other payment configurations in the subdivision.

Click edit or delete to manage subdivisions.
