B2B Payments (Paymetric) users are the individuals within the various B2B Payments organizations that use the Portal for Merchant Enrollment (aka Onboarding) and creating the B2B Payments (Paymetric) Service environments.

These Users are maintained by SaaS Operations.

To maintain B2B Payments (Paymetric) users, go to Admin > Paymetric Users.


The Paymetric Users page defaults to a list of all enabled users. This page is used to perform the following tasks:

Add a new user or edit an existing one.

Activate a user that has automatically expired due to inactivity exceeding 90-days.

Unlock user that was locked after 3 failed login attempts. Note that user is automatically unlocked after 10 minutes; this is to immediate force unlock.

Disable or enable user at any time.
