Overview

Filespace is a tool that can be used to transfer files between Clients/Partners securely. A single shared group account used to avoid revealing the Agents’ email address. This tool allows requesting, or sending a file securely.

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to outline the procedures required to retrieve files from Clients or Integrators (PrimeSys, etc.)

Procedure/steps

File retrieval and adding to shared folder

1.Login to Server IP Address ‘10.1.22.44’. Note: Make sure you’re VPN connection is pointing at Dallas Server.

2.Open your Web Browser and type in below URL: https://filespace.paymetric.com/courier/web/1000@/wmLogin.html

3.Use your B2B Payments (Paymetric) Email address and system login password

4.Filespace default home screen will look similar to below screen shot

5.Integrators (PrimeSys) are assigned a dedicated folder under ‘Client Services – DropBox’ folder to drop files. Click on ‘Client Services – DropBox’

6.Files submitted by Integrator PrimeSys reside under ‘PrimeSys DropBox’ folder

7.To retrieve file(s) click on the file or select folder under which file is dropped

8.Create a folder on local drive of Server ‘10.1.22.44’ to save files retrieved in step 7

9.Click on the file to download

10.Download the file on the local folder of Server ‘10.1.22.44’

11. Confirm the file is successfully downloaded to folder on the local drive

12. Once needed files are downloaded, applied or utilized as needed, delete the file from Filespace.
