To edit a Merchant, the same tabs of information are available when adding a Merchant.

The Contact tab only displays when you are editing a Merchant for which an Organization Portal does not exist. For a Merchant that already has an Org Portal, you access this information via menu path: Settings Merchant Profile Users.

How to add/enable services for a given solution

This topic covers the basic editing steps and defines the options on each tab of the Merchant Profile Wizard.

Edit a Merchant high-level procedure

1.Locate and select the appropriate Merchant. When the Merchant is selected you will see the Merchant's name at the top of the page in the middle.

2.Click the dropdown menu next to the Selected Merchant's name and select Edit Merchant.

3.Complete the fields on each tab as needed (defined below). Refer to the Add/Enable Services for Merchant section for Solution-specific details.
